People have been telling us for years that having grandchildren is awesome and amazing and the best thing ever and we believed every word......until one year ago today. Then, we found out that they didn't even begin to describe what it's like to be grandparents! When we held that precious little bundle for the first time, we just melted and couldn't believe she was finally here and she was our grandaughter! Words can't describe it - you have to experience it.
Happy Birthday, Olivia Grace! What a blessing and gift from God you are!! We have enjoyed every minute of this past year; watching you grow and learn so many new things and we are looking forward to the years to come and all the adventures we will share.

Oh it cant be already!! Time sure does fly! she is just a little doll, and I sure enjoy both yours and linds blogs about her. She is sure a joy to so many! Happy Birthday O!!
ReplyDeleteThat is sure true; however, being great grandparents is even better!! Pa and I were just thinking about a year ago waiting by the phone for an invitation to come to the hospital to see that little doll. What a blessing she is to our family!
